Circuit 1

  • Snatch or clean right
  • Snatch or clean left
  • Mountain climbers

Circuit 2

  • High-pull
  • Squat thrust
  • Jumping jacks or Jump rope

Circuit 3

  • Drop squat
  • 1/2 burpees
  • Knee-ups
