Here are your 3 ten minute Training Room triplet challenges
Triplet 1: Ten minute AMRAP
- 10 jump pulls
- 10 knees to chest
- 10 calories row
Rest 2 minutes
Triplet 2: Ten minute AMRAP
- 10 calories ski
- 10 step ups
- 10 Bulgarian bag swings or medicine ball twists/chops
Rest 2 minutes
Triplet 3: Ten minute AMRAP
- 10 calories bike
- 10 kettlebell high pulls
- 10 squat thrusts
