Let us bring this week of Training Room classics to a close with a nice triplet conditioning session.

Getting right into Friday

40/20 x 4 rounds of each triplet

Triplet 1: 40/20 x 4

  • Bulgarian bag
  • Crawl, shoulder tap, or plank
  • Bike

Rest 1-2 minutes

Triplet 2: 40/20 x 4

  • Ski
  • Step-ups or agilities
  • high pulls

Rest 1-2 minutes

Triplet 3: 40/20 x 4

  • Row or run
  • Push-press or squat thrust
  • Skaters
