Triplet Conditioning
It’s an interval conditoning focus on Wednesday, so we’ve got your triplet conditioning here at The Training Room.
Here are the following intervals for each round of each triplet,
- 30/25
- 30/20
- 30/15
- 30/10
- 30/5
Your triplets will look like this.
Triplet 1
- Steps, skaters or Jumping jacks
- Mountain climbers
- Air/drop squat
Triplet 2
- Ski erg
- Kettlebell swing
- Crab toe touch, bicycles or knee ups
Triplet 3
- Twist or Bulgarian bag
- Burpee, squat thrust or slam
- Bike
You will get 2 minutes rest between each triplet.for recovery.
