Triplet Conditioning Intervals

Monday is a conditioning day and we’ll be doing some triplet conditioning intervals.

Let’s kick the week off right by showing up!

Here’s what we’re doing…

40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest for 3 rounds of the following triplets

Triplet 1

  • Ski
  • swing
  • Knee-ups

Triplet 2

  • Row
  • Slam choice
  • Skater or lateral steps

Triplet 3

  • Jump rope or jacks choice
  • Air or drop squat
  • Crawl, mountain climb or plank choice
