Also, don”t forget about the marathon row this Sunday at 9 am!

Registration will begin at 8 am.

I know some of you are rolling over in your bed checking your Training Room I Phone app right now to see what the workout is.

Hopefully you will decide to join us today for some strength.

Warm up with some joint mobility and then a kettlebell warm up.

Here”s your strength circuit.

40 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 5 rounds of the following.

  • Single or double alternate kettlebell cleans
  • See saw press or single kettlebell press L/R
  • single or double alternate kettlebell reverse lunge;
  • alternate arm kettlebell bent row or 1 arm row L/R
  • Plank, walkout, or bear crawl
