Here’s a simple tip to help fix a common issue that is seen in the 1 handed swing.

One of the most common problems we see in the one handed swing lack of shoulder integrity.

It is very common when doing the 1 handed swing to lose the relationship between the humorus(ball) and Glenoid (socket) in the shoulder complex.

This lack of keeping the shoulder “connected”  during the swing can lead to other issues, poor posture and the possiblity of injury of the shoulder or back.

Here’s a short video explanation of a one simple drill that I’ve had some success with.

Rings work very well here.

If you don’t have a set of rings, I suggest you get a pair.  Get them here.
