You will only need one bell. Choose your bell wisely.  This workout focuses on conditioning, so don’t go too heavy on the bell.

Complete each round on the two minute mark. If it takes you 1:30 to complete the round, you will have 30 seconds rest before starting the next.

Control your breathing and keep your form crisp! Set the Gym Boss for 2 minutes and go!  The Gym Boss will count your rounds for you.  When it gets to 10, your done.

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 snatches 5/5
  • 15 mountain climbers
  • 20 swings

If you feel extra abitious, wear a weight vest.
