Time to train for something!
The next TSC is on April 4th.
I'll be posting my workouts up on here for the next few months to hold myself accountable.
I plan on competing in the elite division this time.
Goals: I'm 42 years old and weight about 170 lbs.
- 5 Minute Snatches w/ 32kg's(70lb): 100
- Deadlift: 400
- Pullups w/10kg's added: 20
