  • Pull ups
  • Kettlebell front squats
  • Evil wheel
  • Double Kettlebell press
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • V-sits, knees to chest or knees to elbows

Do 20 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest for 6 rounds non-stop.
