Warm up with 2 rounds of 10 reps each:

  • PVC OHS
  • Push ups
  • Pull ups or ring rows
  • Swings
  • Sit ups
  • Back extensions

Then…….

For 10 minutes, do 15 seconds work/15 seconds rest of:

  • Snatches L/R

Take a 2 minute rest, then do 10 minutes of 15 seconds work/15 seconds rest alternating of:

  • Jumping pull ups
  • Burpees
