Metcon Triplets Today!
Spend 3 minutes at each triplet doing 20 seconds of each movement, non-stop. For example, you will do rounds of 20 seconds of wall ball, 20 seconds of jumping pull ups, and 20 seconds of slamball without resting for 3 minutes. After the 3 minutes, rest for one minute and move on to the next triplet. Got it?
