Four rounds on the Gym Boss Timer:

60/30, 50/25, 40/20, 30/15 work/rest

  • Knee ups/ sit ups (switch at the halfway mark)
  • Walking lunge
  • 1 arm row L/R
  • Plank or Walkouts
  • 1 arm kettlebell swings L/R
  • 1 arm clean and press  L/R
  • Squat hold
