Four rounds on the Gym Boss Timer:
60/30, 50/25, 40/20, 30/15 work/rest
- Knee ups/ sit ups (switch at the halfway mark)
- Walking lunge
- 1 arm row L/R
- Plank or Walkouts
- 1 arm kettlebell swings L/R
- 1 arm clean and press L/R
- Squat hold
