Get as many rounds a possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 10 kettlebell swings
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 kettlebell high pulls
  • 10 thrusters (use your kettlebell)
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 jumping pull ups (rings)
