Couplet intervals: 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest for 3 minutes at each station.  Take 1:30 rest between stations.

  1. Mountain climbers/sit and reach
  2. Slide board/body weight squats
  3. Box jumps/slam ball
  4. Jump rope/burpees
  5. hoop hops/squat static hold
  6. band press/band row
