I figured we’d go old school today. I couldn’t believe the burn and the pump I got from this one!!

Heavy kettlebell concentration curls, supersetted with kettlebell lateral raises 5×10

After each set, check yourself out in the mirror for 2 minutes.

Feel the burn??!!!!
