Run a 5k

Try this Jersey Shore classic.  It’s called "up the river down the river"

Set up 4 sets of kettlebells and go from lighter to heavier, completing these exercises at each weight:

Dead lift 5
Clean 5
Jerk 5
Front squat 5

Start with the lighter kb’s, work up to the heavier ones and back down to the light ones again.
