20 seconds work/20 seconds rest/20 seconds work for 6 rounds non-stop.

  1. Pull ups
  2. Kettlebell front squat
  3. Push ups or power push ups
  4. Heavy Kettlebell swings
  5. Plank/walkouts or evil wheel

Perform each movement for 20 seconds with a 20 second rest between movements.

No rest between rounds.
