Today is an official CrossFit rest day.

We’ve been taking advantage of the outdoor conditions lately. Today will be a great day to do some light outdoor kettlebell drills for recovery.
Three rounds of 20-30 seconds alternating sides at each station and done circuit style just to get the blood flowing.  Of coarse, never go to failior or muscle fatigue and never try to rescue a bad rep.  If you have any questions about any of these drills, shoot us an email at mike

  2. Hot potato
  3. hand to hand passes
  4. figure 8’s
  5. sling shots
  6. two handed flips
  7. one handed flips

20 minute light jog afterward.
