Today is an official CrossFit rest day.

We’ve been taking advantage of the outdoor conditions lately. Today will be a great day to do some light outdoor kettlebell drills for recovery.
Three rounds of 20-30 seconds alternating sides at each station and done circuit style just to get the blood flowing.  Of coarse, never go to failior or muscle fatigue and never try to rescue a bad rep.  If you have any questions about any of these drills, shoot us an email at mike @newjerseycrossfit.com.

  2. Hot potato
  3. hand to hand passes
  4. figure 8’s
  5. sling shots
  6. two handed flips
  7. one handed flips

20 minute light jog afterward.
