Today is an official CrossFit rest day.
We’ve been taking advantage of the outdoor conditions lately. Today will be a great day to do some light outdoor kettlebell drills for recovery.
Three rounds of 20-30 seconds alternating sides at each station and done circuit style just to get the blood flowing. - Hot potato
- hand to hand passes
- figure 8’s
- sling shots
- two handed flips
- one handed flips
20 minute light jog afterward.
