Today’s workout of the day is a variation of the CrossFit WOD done with kettlebells.  This is what it looks like.

1 leg dead lift. 5r/5l, 4r/4l, 3r/3l, 2r/2l, 1r/1l
ring push ups 10,8,6,4,2
Cleans w/ bar/kettlebells or sandbag 10,8,6,4,2

Set up each station and blast through it circuit style.
