20,15,10,5 reps back and forth as fast as possible!
- Rower/hose whips or slam ball
- Swings/burpees
- Jumping pull ups/D-ball thrusters
Rower:You’ll do 500,400,300,200 meters on the rower coupled with the hose or D-ball slam.
Finish all reps on each couplet before moving on to the next one.
