Challenge yourself on Tuesday at The Training Room.
It’s challenge day, so let’s push a little harder on Tuesday. Go out and challenge yourself a bit!
It’s a repeated 4 week rotation of workouts that started on Monday!
See if you can do a little bit better on this Tuesday challenge then you did 4 weeks ago.
You come to us to progress and make yourself a little better each day!
As usual, feel free to ask for help if you need it.
Do 4 or 5 rounds of the following…
- 500 meters cardio choice
- 40 total step-ups(yes, this means 20 reps on each side)
- 30 yard crawl or 30 / 30 mountain climbers
- 20 swings or body weight squats
- 10 burpees or squat thrusts (slam ball could be an option as well)
Don’t forget to register for the ROW for HOPE.
We have many stragglers out there who still need to register.
