Tuesday Challenge

Your Tuesday challenge is something from The Training Room archives…


Choose 4-5 rounds of the following challenge circuit.

  • 500 meters of your choice (row, bike 1000, ski or run)
  • 40/40 mountain climb, 40 yard crawl
  • 30 kettlebell swings
  • 20 step ups
  • 10 squat thrusts or slam ball

Try to get through this as quickly as you can , but make sure to use good form on ALL of the movements.
