Tuesday Conditioning Circuit

The conditioning circuit is ready for you on this fine Tuesday!

We will be going with classic Training Room conditioning intervals on an 8 station circuit.

Work/rest Intervals will look like this per round…

  1. 30/25
  2. 30/20
  3. 25/15
  4. 20/10 x 2

Here’s the circuit…

  • Jump pull (or low impact options)
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Inertia Wave
  • Bike
  • Dumbell push press
  • Step-up
  • Mountain climb
  • Ski erg or Versa Climber
