Tuesday Strength

The Tuesday strength focus will consist of an interval strength circuit containing ALL of the necessary compound movements needed to become a stronger and better human.

We will go with 35/25 intervals and complete 5 rounds of the following movements.

The Circuit

  • Kettlebell row or ring row
  • Squat choice
  • Ab choice
  • Chest press or push up
  • Low back/hinge choice

The Finisher

Done solo or with a partner:

Pick 1

  • 100 calories cardio choice
  • 100 kettlebell snatch
  • 100 wall ball
  • 50 burpees
