Tuesday Strength
The Tuesday strength focus will consist of an interval strength circuit containing ALL of the necessary compound movements needed to become a stronger and better human.
We will go with 35/25 intervals and complete 5 rounds of the following movements.
The Circuit
- Kettlebell row or ring row
- Squat choice
- Ab choice
- Chest press or push up
- Low back/hinge choice
The Finisher
Done solo or with a partner:
Pick 1
- 100 calories cardio choice
- 100 kettlebell snatch
- 100 wall ball
- 50 burpees
