Conditioning Intervals!
Pick any 3 Cardio Exercises or Kettlebell Sport
- Rower
- Bike
- Ski
- Sled
- Run
- Jump Rope
- Small Steps/ Agility Ladder
- Burpees if you choose…
- Kettlebell Sport (Long Cycle/ Snatches/ Jerks or a combination of Clean & Jerks.. have fun!)
You will do 2 Rounds of the following Intervals (Resting 2 minutes between each Interval Set)!
- 60/60
- 60/50
- 60/40
- 60/30
- 60/20
- 60/10
- 60/ rest 2 minutes & REPEAT!
