Conditioning Intervals!

Pick any 3 Cardio Exercises or Kettlebell Sport

  • Rower
  • Bike
  • Ski
  • Sled
  • Run
  • Jump Rope
  • Small Steps/ Agility Ladder
  • Burpees if you choose…
  • Kettlebell Sport (Long Cycle/ Snatches/ Jerks or a combination of Clean & Jerks.. have fun!)

You will do 2 Rounds of the following Intervals (Resting 2 minutes between each Interval Set)!

  1. 60/60
  2. 60/50
  3. 60/40
  4. 60/30
  5. 60/20
  6. 60/10
  7. 60/ rest 2 minutes & REPEAT!
