Turn it UP Tuesday!
Let’s turn it up on Tuesday with a classic Training Room Challenge!
Here it is…
Get as many rounds as you can in 30 minutes of the following reps/distances of these movements:
- 500 meters cardio choice (1000 bike)
- 40 step ups
- 30/30 Mountain climbers
- 20 kettlebell swings, or hinge movements
- 10 burpees or med ball slams
This can also be done as a 60/30 circuit, so that may be an option for Tuesday.
