Turn it UP Tuesday!

Let’s turn it up on Tuesday with a classic Training Room Challenge!

Here it is…

Get as many rounds as you can in 30 minutes of the following reps/distances of these movements:

  • 500 meters cardio choice (1000 bike)
  • 40 step ups
  • 30/30 Mountain climbers
  • 20 kettlebell swings, or hinge movements
  • 10 burpees or med ball slams

This can also be done as a 60/30 circuit, so that may be an option for Tuesday.
