Twenty Plus Ten Strength and Conditioning
Tuesday is a Strength focus at The Training Room and we’ve got a nice combination of strength with a little conditioning at the end with the twenty plus ten.
Two separate AMRAPS.
The first one and strength based and the second one is a finisher.
First, we’ll do this 20 minute strength AMRAP which is a mix of weights and body weight movements.
Here’s what it looks like.
Do this for 20 minutes…
- 10 hinge choice (swing, deadlift choice, clean snatch or body weight hinge)
- 10 press choice (weighted or body weight)
- 10 squat choice
- 10 pull choice
- 10 ab choice
- 10 calories (bike, row or ski)
Rest for 2 minutes and then we’ll do 10 minutes of conditioning…
- 5 burpee or squat thust
- 10 high pulls
- 15 Mountain climbers
- 20 body weight squats
- 25 jumping jacks, 50 revolutions jump rope or 10 calories
