Twenty Ten Conditioning

This twenty ten conditioning session will leave you feeling charged up for the rest of the day!

We will do this in alternating couplet format, with the exception of when you get to the cardio options (bike,row,ski erg or versa climb), you will stay there for all ten sets.

20/10 x 10 sets of each couplet

  • Mountain climb

  • Drop, jump or air squat
  • Slam ball
Couplet 4
  • Rower
  • Rower
Couplet 5
  • Kettlebell swing
  • Twist, or Bulgarian bag
Couplet 6
  • Ski erg or Versa Climb
  • Ski erg or Versa Climb
