Twenty Ten Intervals

Twenty ten intervals are called “Tabata” by some, but it’s just really only 20/10 intervals.

Whatever you call it, it’s a conditioning day at The Training Room with yet another opportunity for us to GET BETTER!

When performing twenty ten intervals, the twenty seconds of work should be maximum effort and each set will take 4 minutes to complete.

The goal is to keep your same pace on your work intervals throughout the entire 4 minute set.
Here are your stationary exercises!

Complete ALL 8 intervals before moving on to the next exercise.

We will rests 2 minutes between each 4 minute set.

20/10 x 8 rounds of each.

  1. row
  2. bike
  3. ski
  4. squat thrust or jump rope
  5. step ups or run or sled push
