Twenty Ten Supersets
Thursday is a conditioning focus at The Training Room, so we’ll be going with super efficient twenty ten supersets!
We will complete ten total sets of 5 different conditioning supersets.
The Supersets
Alternate back and forth between each of the 2 movements in all 5 supersets for 5 rounds (10 total sets)
Superset 1 (20/10 x 10 sets)
- Jump pull or high pull
- Mountain climbers or sliding climbers
Superset 2 (20/10 x 10 sets)
- Kettlebell swings or hinge jumps
- Skaters or lateral steps
Superset 3 (20/10 x 10 sets)
- Squat, drop squat or squat jump
- 1/2 burpee, push up or knee tuck
Superset 4 (20/10 x 10 sets)
- Jump rope or jumping jacks
- Squat thrust or slam
Superset 5 (20/10 x 10 sets)
- Bike
- Ski or Versa Climber
