Join us for some heart pounding couplets for Tuesday at The Training Room!
These heart pounding couplets are JUST what your body is craving!
Tuesdays Session…
Each couplet will be executed for 10 minutes and will be done in ladder fashion.
Take 2 minutes rest between each couplet.
20/16/12/8/4 Couplets
3 ten minute AMRAP’s
Couplet 1
- Bike
- High pulls, or cleans
Couplet 2
- Ski erg
- Step-ups (10/10,8/8,6/6,4/4,2/2), Split squats or reverse lunges
Couplet 3
- Row
- Squat thrust or push-press
