Two Conditioning Circuits

It’s a cardio focus on Tuesday at The Training Room and we’ve got two conditioning circuits lined up for you.

Circuit one will be done as a stationary circuit with just one kettlebell and some body weight movements as a 40/20 x 3 rounds.

The second circuit will be done on the equipments as a 40/20 x 3 rounds.

Complete 3 rounds of one of these circuits before moving on to the next one.

This is going to be a good one.

Here’ s Tuesday’s conditioning circuits…

Circuit 1 (stationary)
  • High pull
  • Mountain climber
  • Squat/drop squat
  • Skater
  • Squat thrust or slam ball
Circuit 2 (cardio circuit)
  • Row
  • Bike
  • Versa climb or jumping jacks
  • Ski
  • Step ups

We will rest 1:20 between circuits.
