Two conditioning circuits for Friday at The Training Room.
It’s best to start your Friday out with some old school, Training Room style double conditioning.

FYI, since many of you don’t have to work tomorrow, there will be NO 5 AM class (Friday).
We will start our day of fun fitness at 6 AM!
There will be 2 mini circuits for you…
The intervals for each round will look like this:
- 30/25
- 30/20
- 30/15
- 30/10
- 30/5
Circuit 1
- Jump Pull
- twist or rotational movement choice
- Dumbbell push press
- Bike
Rest 2 minutes
Circuit 2
- Squat
- Kneeling slam
- Swing or hinge
- Ski erg
