  • 5 burpees
  • 10 snatches
  • 15 Mountain climbers
  • 20 Kettlebell swings
  • Level 2(not as difficult)

    • 5 push ups
    • 10 swings
    • 15 Mountain climbers
    • 20 Jumping jacks

    Example: If you get through all of these movements in 1:30, you have 30 seconds to rest.
