A Jersey Shore Classic!

On the two minute mark for 20 minutes, complete the following movement sequence. This will be a grand total of 10 rounds. For example: If it takes you 1:30 to complete the series, you will have a 30 second rest.

  • 5 burpees
  • 5/5 snatches
  • 15 mountain climbers
  • 20 kettlebell swings

If you can’t keep up, do jumping jacks instead of swings.
