Ergathlon Training DAY!

There’s 2 months until our ergathlon!

SO let’s start training for it!

This one can be done solo or with a partner.

We will do tijmes descending ladders…

Pick 3 exercises and crush them!

  • Ski
  • bike
  • row
  • any cardio or kettlebell  sport

Here are the intervals…

  • 2 minutes hard / 2 minutes easy or moderate
  • 1:30 / 1:30
  • 1:00 / 1:00
  • 30 / rest

Complete ALL of the intervals on one before moving on to the next.

If you are training with a partner, your partner will do light cardio or abs while recovering (active rest).

FYI, the sweatshirts are in, so grab yours when you come in to the gym!
