Do 6 rounds of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest at each station.
Complete all 6 rounds before moving on to the next.
Take 1 to 2 minutes rest between rounds
- Jumping pull ups
- Dumbell or kettlebell push press
- Kettlebell swings
- Mountain climbers
- Rower
- Burpees
