Up and Down Ladders
Tuesday is a conditioning focus with up and down ladders on the cardio options.
Pick 1 or 2 options and go hard on them!
Choices can be:
- Row
- Bike (C2 or Assault)
- Ski
- Versa Climber
- Sled
- Jump rope
- Run
- Squat thrusts or Burpees
- Step ups
If you go with 2, you will alternate between them doing the following intervals.
- 1 minute work/1 minute rest
- 2 minutes work/1minute rest
- 4 minutes work/1 minute rest
- 5 minutes work/1 minute rest
- 4 minutes work/1 minute rest
- 3 minutes work/1 minute rest
- 2 minutes work/1 minute rest
- 1 minute work/ DONE
Total time is 32 minutes!
