Upper and Lower Strength Couplets

Wedensday is a strength focus and we’ve got upper and lower strength couplets.

This simply means that we will be alternating between upper and lower body movements in the form of 3 different couplets.

As always, we will be working the body as a whole because this is how we function as humans.

Intervals will be on the quicker side…

15/15 x 10 at each couplet

Couplet 1

  • Kettlebell swings or deadlifts
  • push ups

Couplet 2

  • Goblet squats or squat jumps
  • RIng rows or pull ups

Couplet 3

  • Medicine ball twist or Bulgarian bag swings
  • Cardio choice
