Wednesday is Strength Day
We will focus on Upper Body Exercises and some “core” work… followed by your favorite cardio or kettlebell sport sets!
Couplets: 30 work /30 rest x5 rounds
Couple 1:
- pull-ups
- L-sits
REST 2 Minutes
Couple 2:
- Push-up or Dips
- Twist (landmine, bulgarian bag, bands, or Med balls, rope flow or mace swings)
FINISHER:
5min on 2min OFF x 2 Sets (30 Easy/ 20 moderate / 10 sprint)
Pick 2 cardios, Kettlebell long cycle, or (Step, burpee, sq thrust)
