- kettlebell push press 10/10, 8/8, 6/6, 4/4, 2/2
- Split squats 10/10, 8/8, 6/6, 4/4, 2/2
- One arm row 10/10, 8/8, 6/6, 4/4, 2/2 or pull ups 10,8,6,4,2
- Walkouts 10,8,6,4,2
