We’ve got a five station circuit with several variations to choose from.

We will warm up with a two round circuit warm up…

You will complete 5 rounds of 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest.

Take 1 minute rest between rounds…

  • Row, bike or ski erg
  • Ball slams or sledge hammer hits
  • Suicide runs,step ups or jump rope
  • Mountain climbers or mini bear crawls (stay within a 5 yard space and go forward and backward)
  • Russian twists
