Hey Training Room family…

Tuesday is conditioning day.

Warm up with a two round circuit warm up.

We’ll be doing a fun variety conditioning circuit.

Four rounds or the following conditioning circuit with a few options at each station.

Take a minute rest between each round.

Here are your intervals for each round…

  1. 30/25
  2. 30/20
  3. 25/15
  4. 20/10 x 2 (stay at the station and complete tow rounds before moving on to the next)

Stations are…

  • Battling rope variations
  • Log jump-overs, or hoops
  • Agility ladder variations
  • Tire jumps (advanced) or tire step-ups
  • wall-ball or med ball or kettlebell thrusters
  • Jump rope or jumping jacks
  • Rope climbs or modified climbs, ladder climbs or monkey bar variations
