Hey Training Room family…
Tuesday is conditioning day.
Warm up with a two round circuit warm up.
We’ll be doing a fun variety conditioning circuit.
Four rounds or the following conditioning circuit with a few options at each station.
Take a minute rest between each round.
Here are your intervals for each round…
- 20/10 x 2 (stay at the station and complete tow rounds before moving on to the next)
- Battling rope variations
- Log jump-overs, or hoops
- Agility ladder variations
- Tire jumps (advanced) or tire step-ups
- wall-ball or med ball or kettlebell thrusters
- Jump rope or jumping jacks
- Rope climbs or modified climbs, ladder climbs or monkey bar variations
