What a weekend, right?

Hopefully you were able to get out and enjoy this amazing weather.

We’ve got a great week of training lined up for you this week that we know you will enjoy.

Today is strength day, and we will give you a whole bunch of options.

Warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up.

Today’s 5×5 strength session will include a variety of strength tools to choose from.

5 sets of 5 reps of the following movements.

  • Sandbag or kettlebell front squat or overhead squats (single or double kettlebell) 
  • Keg press, band press, kb bottoms up press, handstand press
  • Heavy med ball/sand bag cleans, kb cleans, sled drag (5×50 yards), prowler push, or tire flip
  • Rope climb, ladder climb, peg board, or any pull up variation
  • Ab Choice
