If you plan on competing in the Warrior Challenge, here’s a great challenge workout for you to try out.
Even if you don’t plan on doing the Warrior Challenge try it out anyway.
Speaking of the Warrior Challenge, we suggest that you sign up soon because we will be closing registration as soon as we fill all of the spots.
So DO NOT drag your feet on this.
Today’s challenge workout will consist of four separate 5 minute challenges.
Challenge 1:
The 5 minute run or row challenge
See how far you can run or row in 5 minutes of time. If you are here at the gym, you will be running around the block.
Challenge 2:
5 minute pull up challenge
Get as many pull ups or assisted pull ups as you can in 5 minutes (I gave you some tips on the video)
Challenge 3:
Burpee Challenge
Get as many burpees as you can in 5 minutes
Overhead walks:
Go as far as you can while holding weight over your head (watch video)
