Joint mobility wake up if first.

We’ll start out with a nice long warm up: Three round circuit warm up including the rower, or running.

This morning The Milkman did a three round warm up using 30/25, 25/20 and 20/15 intervals on 7 stations.

  • Today’s workout will be a Warrior Challenge Prep starting with a 1600 meter row or run.
  • After that, we will take a 2 minute rest and  move on to the 2 minute burpee challenge.
  • We will have people pair up and count for each other as many burpees as you can get in 2 minutes.
  • Rest for 2 minutes, then complete 2 minutes of jumping or kipping pull ups while your partner counts.
