Partner Challenge Ladder

Both partners start out with a 1 mile run or 2000 row and then complete the following in a you-go-I-go format…

  • Swings 20-2
  • Burpees 10-1
  • Pull-ups or BW rows 10-1
  • Finish up with a 1 mile run or 2000 row

If you are doing this solo…

  • Solo starts with a mile and then circuits through all the movements and finishes a 1 mile run or row
