Here it is…

Warrior warm-up #1:

  • 400 run or row
  • 30/30 mountain climbers or 30 yard crawl
  • 20 swings
  • 10 burpees
  • optional 5 pull-ups or 10 ring rows

Get as many rounds as you can in 30 minutes!

Partner Option

This can also be done with a partner like this…

  • Use a sandbag for the run
  • wheel barrow 15 yards down then switch partners
  • 10/10 burpess
  • 5/5 pull-ups

If you are going solo, you can also carry a sandbag
