We ALL Need Strength!!

There’s no denying the fact that we all need strength.

Having some strength in our bodies just makes every day life tasks easier!

That’s just 1 of the many benefits of being strong.


We should NEVER give up on keeping ourselves strong and resilient.

With that said, here’s Tuesday’s Training Room strength session.

35/25 x 5 rounds of the following strength circuit

We will finish up with everyones favorite abs and arms circuit.

Do 30/20 x 3 rounds of the followng arm and abs circuit.

  • Bicep curls
  • twist, bend or ratate
  • Tricep extention or dips
  • ab choice
